VISION – Has a strong vision for the future
MAP – Knows the first steps to get there
COST – Understands the teams/resources required
RESOURCED vs NO RESOURCES

STRATEGY – Knows where to spend the time and cash
PRODUCTION vs DOING IT ALL THEMSELVES
LEADERSHIP – Understands how to lead a team
GROWTH – Knows who to hire and when
FREEDOM – Has a path to business freedom
